恒大物业上市首份年报发布 净利润同比增184.32%

新华网北京3月17日电 (孙蒙蒙) 3月16日,恒大物业发布年报,这也是自去年12月份上市后的首份年报。

数据显示,2020年恒大物业实现营业收入105.09亿元,同比增43.31%;毛利润40.06亿元,同比增128.26%;净利润26.47亿元,同比增184.32%;现金余额126.04亿元,同比增1742.69%;合约面积达5.65亿平方米,同比增长11.88%;在管面积达3亿平方米,同比增长26.05%。

年报显示,恒大物业收入主要来自三项业务板块:物业管理服务、社区增值服务及非业主增值服务。其中,报告期内,物业管理服务收入约63.21亿元,同比增长约37.1%,占总收入比约60.2%;社区增值服务收入约12.64亿元,同比增长约120.6%,占总收入比约12.0%。

恒大物业业绩大幅增长,得益于规模的高速增长。截至2020年12月31日,恒大物业总合约管理面积约5.65亿平方米,在管面积约3亿平方米,业务覆盖全国290个城市,管理项目937个,向220多万户住户提供物业管理服务。

年报显示,恒大物业在力争管理规模跨越式发展,持续提升盈利能力,同时加大科技投入及新技术运用,不断提升完善智慧物业管理体系,向科技型服务企业快速转型。

“2021年在管面积目标突破 6亿平方米,力争成为全球规模最大的综合城市服务运营商。”恒大物业执行董事兼总经理胡亮在年报业绩发布会上表示,恒大物业在今后三年的管理规模会保持在50%左右的增长速度。“未来两到三年争取成为在管面积全球最大,规模全球最大,效益最好的科技型服务集团。”
