On August 13, 2020, Evergrande Group (3333.HK) announced that its subsidiary Evergrande Property Services had introduced a total of HK$23.5 billion of strategic investment to support the development of property management businesses, which is also the largest equity financing in the history of property management companies. The strategic investors introduced include such well-known institutional investors as Sequoia Capital China Growth, CITIC Capital Holdings Limited, Yunfeng Capital Limited and Tencent Holdings Limited.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, our employees have been providing 24/7 property management services to property owners and residents across over 280 cities in China.
On February 23, 2020, Evergrande Group issued an " Special Recognition Award ", rewarding the property management staff who stuck to the front line during the Spring Festival holiday with 1~3 times of their salary and approved comprehensive bonus in addition to the national legal holiday overtime pay.
We became a vice-president unit of China Property Management Institute (CPMI), and was selected as the “Preferred Property Management Company of Top 500 China Real Estate Developers 2019”.
With over 1,000 projects in management and a brand value of RMB 5.05 billion,we won the title of "Leading Brand Enterprises in Professional Operation of Property Service in China".
We realized full coverage of management projects in 31 provincial administrative regions in mainland China. In the same year, we initiated smart transformation to deploy smart communities in an all-round way.
Responding to Evergrande Group’s strategic upgrading, we launched a campaign to comprehensively improve the quality of property services, and started its "first year of quality". In the same year, our contracted area broke through 200 million square meters.
We obtained the ISO9001:2015 standards, which was successfully renewed in 2017. We also obtained the ISO14001:2015 environmental management certification.
We changed our name to Jinbi Property Co., Ltd.,and obtained the OHSAS18001:2007 international occupational health and safety management system certification in recognition of our service quality. In the same year, the company entered Hubei, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Liaoning, and started to deploy across the country along with Evergrande Group.
Guangzhou Jinbi Property Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "National Advanced Unit of Customer Satisfaction".
Guangzhou Jinbi Property Management Co., Ltd. took over the project Jinbi Huafu, officially entering the field of high-end property services.
Guangzhou Jinbi Garden became the first project of Guangzhou Jinbi Property Management Co., Ltd.winning the title of "National Model Residential Community in Property Management".
Guangzhou Jinbi Property Management Co., Ltd. was established and began operations. In the same year, it started to manage the first service project - Guangzhou Jinbi Garden.
