The Friendly Neighborhood Program is a community culture activity brand with the corporate characteristics of Evergrande Property Services, covering a series of activities such as the Scenery of Evergrande Photographic Contest(SEPC), Evergrande Young Flowers Festival, Dynamic Evergrande Festival, Evergrande Filial Affection Festival, Evergrande Warm Winter Festival, and Evergrande New Spring Festival.
We aim to deliver the service concept of ”caring service, sincere company”, create a healthy, energetic, civilized and friendly community atmosphere, and build happy communities with the most inhabitable value and humanistic value in China. Up to June30，2020, a total of more than 2.6 million people nationwide have participated in these activities.
